God has clearly called every one of us to GO and make disciples of all nations. Our responsibility is to merely obey His specific direction to each of us. Whether you are to GO short-term or long-term we have opportunities for you.
Short-term Opportunities:
1. Volunteer with our Mission Builder program:
- How can YOU help? You could serve the Orlando campus in many ways, assisting with anything from carpentry projects, to maintenance of existing facilities, to helping in food services, grounds keeping, landscaping, hospitality, housekeeping, computer data entry, and/or secretarial work.

- Join one of our youth ministry trips; trips last anywhere from 1 to 6 weeks. If you are over 18, you can also come spend your summer interning with our youth dept. for 2.5 months.

- Join one of our GO Teams. GO Teams journey overseas to reach the lost with the gospel through mercy ministry, creative arts, medical trips, and construction projects.

4. Training Schools
- YWAM Orlando is a family based community that provides a live-learn environment which naturally creates an atmosphere for deep learning. In 2 Peter we are told to add to our faith virtue or character and then add knowledge. We need character, skill and knowledge if we hope to effectively fulfill God's command to proclaim the Gospel to every person on the planet and to disciple all nations. This is what our training schools here at YWAM Orlando provide.

Long-term Opportunities:
1. Staff at our Orlando Campus
- Come and join our long term staff here at our Orlando campus. You can be a part of mobilizing, training, and sending out teams into the unreached people of this world. As staff you will also be a part of leading and participating in short term mission trips around the world as well as ministries to reach the Orlando area.
Some of our Staff needs are:
- Accountants and Bookkeepers
- Database manager
- IT Network manager
- Executive secretary to work in the director's office
- Financial advisor for staff
- GO Team leaders with hearts to reach the lost and mobilize believers into long-term missions
- Kitchen manager to help maintain the nutrition and morale necessary to launch effective missionaries into the world
- Receptionist
- School staff - those with hearts to train and disciple, multiplying themselves both locally and in other nations
- Urban Ministry Leaders and workers
- Webmaster
- Worship leaders and team members with the ability to lead cutting edge worship
2. Staff on one of our 20/20 teams being planted in a foreign land.
- We also need to gather the labors needed to plant 20 bases/ministries by the year 2020. Is God calling you to long term missions overseas? You could be one of the people destined to make up one of these teams. There is a wide variety of job skills needed; no matter what your skill there is a place for you.
