Training Those Who Can Help
A tidal wave of potential world-changers are crashing on YWAM Orlando’s doorstep. Thousands are willing to sacrifice all to bring hope and good news to the needy of this world. In order to be sent, they first need to be trained through the Discipleship Training School and other secondary training programs. Unfortunately, many may have their applications rejected due to lack of facilities! Only a miracle can keep pace with the growth expected.
Here's the Problem
YWAM Orlando’s current facilities cannot handle the current demand, much less the increasing number of workers willing to go! YWAM Orlando has entered into contract to purchase a campus large enough to match the limitless passion of this generation. The campus is a former summer camp for four hundred youth, only fifteen minutes from downtown, and is the perfect location for this growth.
Once YWAM Orlando has moved into this new campus over $288,000 per year currently spent on temporary facilities, will be released for mortgage and other costs on the the new permanent campus.
It is only the expense associated with the initial down payment that provides this current opportunity for generosity. A total amount of just over one million dollars must be raised in order to purchase the property from sellers by August 31st before YWAM Orlando can take ownership of this land.
