 We completed the kitchen yesterday! Today we are wrapping up our time by enjoying God&ampacutes creation at the waterfall and beach. A little relaxing before heading home tomorrow afternoon. Everything went very well and we accomlished a lot in many places. Specifically we did repair the water tank in chi-chigua and were able to fill it full for the people. God&ampacutes plans are definitely better than ours.

Yesterday we were supposed to go to the city dump to minister to the people there but we had to change our plans due to not having a permit. God knows what´s best! Instead went to a village called Chi-Chigua (Kite), where we performed dramas, handed out food and gifts to the people. During our time there one of the students boldy led a man to the Lord. Tori seized the opportunity to share her testimony which explained that you´re not promised tomorrow. Through her testimony the man received Christ! Praise God!
We are planning to go back to Chi-Chigua to fix their cistern so that they can have water. Currently they only get a bucket of water every few days. So we are very grateful that God changed our plans and is using us to change a community! |

The EQ team arrived safetly into the DR on Tuesday. They quickly went out onto the field on Wednesday. First beginning their day working on the kitchen accomplishing a lot. They sanded and primed the whole building as well as painted it.
In the afternoon they performed their dance and a drama for the people in a village. Some of the students played with the smaller kids while others played soccer and basketball. They are giving it everything they´ve got! We will keep you updated as much as possible. Thanks for your prayers. |

The team arrived in Orlando on Sunday, and have already left! We had a day and a half of team time, light drama and dance training, as well as some teachings on Quiet Times and Cultural Orientation. Then they packed up and made their way to the Orlando International Airport at 7AM this morning. They´re off! Good-bye Orlando, hello Dominican Republic. |
