YWAM Orlando was co-founded by Walden and Beverly Owen and Michael and Darla Berg in 1993, and the first training schools began in 1995. Since the beginning it has been a dynamic family with a clear purpose of taking the light of the Gospel to the ends of the earth. This is done by teams involved in evangelism, training, and mercy ministries.
